Nick McLean is a founder of Paxton Private Finance Llp.
Together with David Kinane, Nick established the Paxton Secured Income Fund in 2011, which, under their fund management, has now enjoyed 4 successful years, to provide a funding line to Paxton Private Finance.
Nick has extensive knowledge of asset-backed finance, project feasibility and private lending.
Prior to 2010, Nick gained many years' experience within an IFA tax planning practice, where he was responsible for lending requirements relating to everything from capital raising to complex tax borrowing.
In addition, Nick has been involved in international property development.
